I approach therapy through a collaborative and holistic perspective. Together, we can build upon your strengths, develop new skills, and find clarity as a way to move towards your goals. I believe people are more resilient than they think. Therefore, I see therapy as an opportunity to spotlight our strengths, find a resolution to our internal struggles, and develop new perspectives to help us move forward.

Initial consultation is a brief complimentary phone call. During this conversation I get an opportunity to learn more about what you are looking for in counselling/a counsellor, your expectations of counselling, and booking your first appointment.

As a clinical counsellor I strive to meet clients where they are at, tailoring my approach and modalities used to match the nature, style and needs of my client.
In general, our initial session will include a review of informed consent together and then begin a deeper conversation about what your goals are and what expectations you may have from counselling.
Following sessions will further focus on the goals we have outlined in the first session.
